Data You Give Us Directly
Search Queries
A query entered in a search box is sent directly to the outside provider that operates the tool. That provider processes the terms and supplies its results. Prairie County Court Docket does not keep or log the name, case number, or other query on its own systems.
Messages and Contact Submissions
If a visitor sends an email, the message may be retained long enough to respond and maintain a record of the exchange. It is not shared outside the organization unless disclosure is required by law.
Data We Gather Automatically
Ordinary server and analytics records can collect technical facts when a page loads:
- Internet Protocol address
- Browser type and version
- Device type, operating system, and display details
- Pages viewed and time spent on them
- Referring page or website, when available
- Date and time of each request
Cookies and Analytics
Cookies are small files saved on a device. They help measure visits, popular content, navigation paths, and site performance. Aggregated analytics may be used to understand traffic. Browser controls can block or remove cookies, although some functions may then work differently.
What We Do With This Data
Collected technical information may be used for the following purposes:
- Operating pages and improving speed or reliability
- Routing a search to the service selected by the visitor
- Understanding which Prairie County topics readers use
- Finding errors, abuse, or security problems
- Displaying advertising that may reflect visitor interests
No Court-Record Data on File
Prairie County Court Docket does not host, sell, maintain, or compile a database of Prairie County case records. Its content describes official access through Search ARCourts, Prairie County Circuit Court, the Prairie County Circuit Clerk, and District Court custodians. Arkansas Supreme Court Administrative Order 19 governs access to court records and protected court information. Arkansas Code section 25-19-105 supplies an Arkansas FOIA examination and copying provision, while judicial rules particularly control court case access. These official rules do not convert this private website into a record custodian.
The website is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. Visitor data is not assembled into consumer reports about other people.
Third-Party Search Partners
Outside companies power search boxes that may appear on content pages. Information submitted to such a tool is governed by the provider's privacy policy, retention rules, and sharing practices. Prairie County Court Docket cannot control those policies. Review them before entering any query.
Links to Other Websites
Links may lead to the Arkansas Judiciary, Prairie County offices, court portals, legal resources, advertisers, or search services. Once a visitor leaves this domain, the destination's privacy terms control. Some advertising companies may use their own technology to measure activity across websites. Their collection occurs on systems Prairie County Court Docket does not operate.
Who Might See Your Data
Personal information is not sold. Limited data may be available to:
- Search providers that process a query submitted through their tool
- Analytics vendors that measure site traffic and function
- Advertising networks that deliver or measure ads
- Government or law-enforcement authorities responding to valid legal process
How We Protect Your Data
Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used for information under our control. No internet service can promise absolute security, uninterrupted access, or prevention of every breach. Visitors should avoid sending sensitive court or identity data by email.
Users Under 18
The website is intended for adults. Personal information from a person under 18 is not knowingly collected. If such information is identified, it may be removed after a valid request.
Your Data Rights
Rights can differ based on residence and the law that applies. A visitor may ask to see personal information held by this website, request correction or deletion, or object to certain processing when the governing law provides that right. These requests concern website visitor data, not Prairie County case data. Requests for a court record or redaction belong with the official custodian under Arkansas Supreme Court Administrative Order 19 and related Arkansas law.
